Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are displeased with our products or services, please contact us and we will make it right.
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will correct it. We will either send you a replacement product or refund you for the product.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original method of payment. Once a refund has been initiated, please allow for 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can help you with order cancellation as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
